Cashew Pudding

• CASHEW PUDDING •
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:

1 cup thick unsweetened cashew milk
Date-palm syrup as per taste
1 packet/10 grms agar-agar/china grass

1 cup water



Preparation:
  1. See Nut/Seed Milk recipe to make cashew milk.

  2. Soak agar-agar in 1 cup water for 2 hours.

  3. Mix cashew milk, date-palm syrup (to taste) and agar-agar.

  4. Stirring continuously on low flame, bring to boil.

  5. Pour into jelly mould, cool and keep in fridge for 2 hours to set.
