2 large just-ripe avocados
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ pod garlic, crushed
1 ripe tomato, chopped
1 large red onion, chopped
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce or
1 Jalapeno/green chili, finely chopped or
White pepper to taste
Salt to taste
¼ cup coriander, finely chopped (optional)
- Cut avocados lengthwise, scoop out and add lime immediately. Mash smooth.
- Add garlic, tomato and onion. Mix.
- Add Tabasco sauce/chilli/pepper and salt followed by coriander. Mix well.
Serve as a dip with corn chips or carrot sticks, or eat as a spread.
