50 grams sesame/til
25 grams peanuts/shengdana
25 grams split channa/sikha channa dal
25 grams dried coconut, grated
1 pod garlic, cleaned and crushed (optional)
5 green chillies
4 red chillies
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon tartaric acid
Salt and sugar powder as per taste
- Roast 25 grams sesame and peanuts and grind.
Heat oil. Sauté sikha channa dal. Add garlic and green chillies.
- Add ground sesame and peanuts.
- Add the remaining items, mix and cook till ready.
