Ingredients:
50 grams sesame/til
25 grams peanuts/shengdana
25 grams split channa dal
25 grams dried coconut, grated
Oil
1 pod garlic, cleaned and crushed (optional)
5 green chillies
4 red chillies
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon tartaric acid
Salt and sugar powder as per taste
Preparation:
Roast 25 grams sesame and peanuts and grind.
Heat oil. Sauté
channa dal. Add garlic and green chillies.
Add ground sesame and peanuts.
Add the remaining items, mix and cook till ready.
