Capsicum Flavoured Cabbage

Capsicum flavoured Cabbage
(Serves 4)


1 head green cabbage

1 green capsicum

1 tablespoon mustard oil

Salt as per taste

  1. Cut the cabbage into quarter inch slices and discard the hard core. Wait for 5 minutes to enhance its health-promoting benefits before cooking.
  2. Slice capsicum and mix with raw cabbage.
  3. Heat oil, sauté cabbage and capsicum as crisp or soft as desired.
  4. Sprinkle with salt.


Serve as a side dish.
