Ingredients:
1 beetroot
2 apples
2 carrots
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ inch ginger (optional)
½ teaspoon black salt/kala namak
Preparation:
Peel and chop beetroot, carrots and apples into small pieces.
Put all the pieces with ginger in a juice extractor.
After extracting the juice from the juicer, add lemon juice and salt.
Cool and serve.
