Ingredients:
                                            2 or 3 big carrots (preferably red) 
                                            12 cashew nuts or 3 whole walnuts
											1 teaspoon garlic paste 
											½ teaspoon chilli powder 
											2 teaspoons tahini (ground sesame/til seeds with a little oil) 
											2 teaspoons lime juice 
											Salt to taste 
											Coriander for garnishing
											
                                            
Preparation:
                                            Grate carrots and grind nuts.
												Mix together and heat in a pan along with garlic, chilli powder and salt. 
												Add tahini and lime juice and mix well. 
												Garnish with coriander. 
												
												Serve as a sandwich/wrap filler.
