Ingredients:
1 cup raw papaya
1 tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon mustard seeds/rai
½ teaspoon asafetida/hing
1 tablespoon green chilli, chopped
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon lime juice
Salt
½ teaspoon coriander, chopped
Preparation:
Wash raw papaya, peel the skin, grate it and keep it aside.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Add asafetida and grated papaya. Sauté for 3-4 minutes till the papaya is tender.
Add green chillies, turmeric powder, lime juice, salt and coriander leaves.
After mixing remove from stove.
Serve as a side dish.
