Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cup whole toor dal (peas) soaked overnight
2 cloves garlic
1 cup bottle gourd, diced
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon oil
2 stalks onion chives, finely chopped
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1 tomato, diced
Preparation:
Mix together water, whole toor, garlic, salt, bottle gourd, black pepper and salt.
Bring to boil on medium heat till whole toor is tender.
Sauté remaining ingredients for 5 minutes and add to the above mixture and simmer for 15 minutes.
